I will be there. I live in Lexington, but the main office for several companies I own is located in downtown Salisbury. I will be happy to provide any info about the area if anyone needs it. The downtown has several car shows each summer.

Everyone planning on attending needs to register. I just spoke to Carl Brown and its the only way they will have a good idea on location and setup for us.

We are the 1st club to register so we get to have a canopy. For those of you paying, we'll have to be there at 9am to setup and park together. Please let me know who is showing their car at this event and who is just coming to view the cars. I'd like to get an idea of how many spots we need to save for our club members cars.

does $20 entry/registration go to a charity? I didn't see anything about that on their site or form. Maybe kind of hard to spend $20 just to park and up their piggybank.

I'm really not sure. I think it's just for wanting to show your car and the t-shirt/registration. I don't want to just go down there to see other cars. I want to be part of the show.

I need to find out if I can possibly leave early if I'm showing my car. My little sister's graduating from High School that night.

I'm leaving real early to get there before 9. I have a canopy and I'm sure yes you can leave early.

For those of you that weren't able to make the show. Twister won second place out of about 25 MINI's at the show. We had a canopy set up and got lot's of questions and signed up several new members. Tar Heel MINI Motoring and M2C2 from Charlotte were the definately the main attraction of over 250 British show cars.
