Featuring four revolutionary electric wheels, the standard BMW Mini One you can see on Stand 270 is predicted to have a top speed approaching 150mph and to out-accelerate a Porsche 911 Carrera from 0-60mph. Brake horsepower is a stunning 160bhp per wheel - 640bhp in total.

thats cool but all of our MCS with intake,pulley,exhaust will out run a carrera 0-60mph at 200hp total...where do you charge it up at and how long does a full charge last?

120v, and at the time of the article, a charge lasts 4 hours.

so u can get it down to the beach on a charge..thats cool..maybe one day they will have these things down where people will actually be practical to buy..when they do i will have one

This will be a home run. I would buy it in a second (but would also miss the exhaust tone, until passing the third or fourth gas station)....

I read about those guys a while ago. Great idea b/c they can do four wheels making power, not just laying it down!
