They have some nice cars in there. I saw a Triumph TR-6 with the overdrive option when I went in to buy brake fluid.

What kind of experience are you looking for?

Was looking for a shop to do a cylinder head swap, but i just got off the phone with them and they've never done one before. I know Dan is the guy to go to but id like to try to get it done locally if i can.

Hehe, local... Well, local's all relative, especially when it comes to MINIs. If Dan's the closest shop with that kind of experience working on MINIs, does he count as local? Also, he makes the trek out to Raleigh for the Thursday meetups, so I figure I can make the trip out to him.

My only caveat is that I've been told recently that I enjoy driving long distances more than the average driver.

There's no one closer than Dan that I'd entrust my MINI to for that kind of work. It's really not that far...
