Hello from Florida. Tried to bring some sunshine up with us when we came to MSSD, might've taken too much--it's gotten cold down here! Cold for Floriday, anyway.

Had a wonderful time at MSSD--my first time on the dragon!--and am very glad it didn't bite me and I didn't hurt myself, my car, my passenger (Chris, aka MNINOLE), or anyone else. The mountains were beautiful, the twisties were a blast, and the people were wonderful. Am looking forward to my next visit, when LilBeastie should have anti-sway bars & some other things to make him hug the road a bit better. Don't want to go slip-sliding away on the dragon!

Special thanks to Mark & Jason for putting together such a wonderful time at Fontana--you guys are the best. Looking forward to more adventures with Tar Heels!! Oh, and what is a "tar heel" anyway?? :unsure:

Sorry I did not get to meet you at the event. I drove Chris all around Fontana Village looking for you Saturday evening... I'm sure he told you that story! What a great time. Looking forward to meeting up with the Sunshine crowd again!

Paleo, I waved at you as I was leaving the car wash area, just didn't realize you had Chris in the car--sorry about that. Glad you two had some fun Saturday afternoon running around. I'm sure being a passenger in a different MINI did him some good. :-)
