Join us once again as we bring in the new year with a Karaoke party
Time : 7:00 untill ?????
Where : Van and Jennifers also known as Mr. Magnificents
224 Forest Drive
Kernersville, NC
Bring fav. drink and a finger food

Also the next morning we will be going up to Boone for a day of Snow tubing we will leave from here and could stop in Lewisville if we need to to pick up others. will leave kernersville at 9:00 or so.

Lets start the year of with a bang by doing it with our Mini Friends

We are snow tubing at Hawksnest at 12:00 You need to go to http://www.hawksnest-resort.com/ and print the waiver to take with you and also buy your tickets as they tend to fill up on holidays. we have got ours and as of sunday at 3:00 there were still plenty of tickets...

Where are you planning on tubing? Sugar Mtn. does not have their tube runs open. Hawks Nest, no longer offers skiing, only tubing with 20 separate runs. I am not aware of Appalachian, Beach or Jonas Ridge status. We would like to watch the tubing and may be able to for a little while. We are headed to Asheville for the weekend on Fri. afternoon.

But just bought our tickets to go TUBING!!! Can't wait..
Could probably tie 4 or 5 together and get a MINI on a ride down too.. :ms_yeah:

Hi ya'll I would love to join you but we have a visitor and can't leave...that would be my 16 year old daughters boy friend from Canada who arrived last night. I have the full television and audio monitors on in my house..lol

Maybe we can make it some other time as I know you will have fun. Hope to see ya soon...

Kim and I had a blast tubing with the crew that went. Nice drive and weather for the day, and got home in time to have the traditional new years dinner with my family. Great way to start off the new year!!!

I have never gotten so much attention from anything. I can't remember how many people commented on the hat/boggin.. I can't say it's mine though, it's actually Kim's son's hat.. but it worked well, warm head and ears all day!!

MD - perhaps *your* goofy hats were the inspiration for Bryan's hat? And me thinks that as long as you keep showing up in your alter-ego Austin Power's garb you will always be fodder for stylish apparel jokes .. enjoy .. :girl_wacko:

I hear there is a photo of Dave in a hard-hat for which he earned his Big Red moniker with the Habitat group, but I haven't seen proof of it, either .. hmmm .. maybe it wasn't the most flattering photo??? :stop:

I only have a few photos from the karaoke part of the NY's party -- none from the snowtubing -- and those are questionable (photo-quality-speaking, not content-wise) and they are posted under my photo album ... absolutely nothing black-mail-able .. :girl_wacko:
