Sorry I haven't been active at all my good club. I have been extremely busy with work, family and church, and just haven't had a lot of extra time. I commit in the New Year to being more active, and in starting back up the Charlotte MINI and Meets/Eats. Please forgive me.

Thanks. And on a side note, I need to replace my battery. Anyone know what that looks like, where should I go, what will it cost, what should I look for????

Depending on your mileage and if you are still under warranty the battery may be covered. If not I would go with and Interstate brand.

Welcome back, Jason!
I used to buy Sears "Hard Die"s but switched to Interstate batteries, more money for a lot more battery.
The four wheeling guys swear by Optimas, may be too much for a MINI, (they're built to withstand extreme conditions, and they're small and light).

I like the Interstate batteries too! As far as the Optima's go, I've tried using them in my boat with very poor results and in my experiences didn't find them to be much lighter....

Hi Jason welcome back. The battery is small black and in the back.

I've had an unhealthy combination of work trips, holiday vistors, a vacation (just back yesterday from Jamaica, woot!) and new work duties myself... coupled with the fact that currently Koopa isn't running to bring to an event even if I wanted it :(
It's over at Performance where I was getting a camber plate installed, but now it's not starting. Dan says something about it having a bad cat... but I don't remember running over a cat at all, and even if I did, I would hope it wouldn't feel so bad about it that it gives up on starting.
