My husband and I live in southern Wake County. We both work in the pharmaceutical industry. When we moved last May, we lengthened our commute from 5 miles to 25 miles each way. We decided that we needed a new car.

I love the Mini. It is stylish yet functional with an extra little zip. We bought a 2009 Cooper Clubman. It is chili red with a silver roof and silver sport stripes. We got the upgraded sound system and sunroof and automatic. Other than that, we didn't really need too much else since the Mini's already come fairly loaded at the base model. We got the clubman because our dogs fit nicely in the back with the seats folded down.

I actually saw the minis from the Triangle Meet, Motor, and Beer as I was driving home on Saturday morning and I thought I would look up the group. I'm glad I did to. Just from a few minutes of looking around, it seems like there are a lot of cool events to take part in.
