Hey THMMCers,

I'm thinking about trying to organize a nighttime run under the moon and stars. Something a little different. Probably looking at something in the central part of the state, start off with some dinner, then motor starting about dusk. Leaning toward the last Saturday in August to be close to a full moon.

If you'd be interested in something like this, please post here. If it looks like there is enough interest, I'll start working on details.

Thanks!

Not sure if that's the weekend the kid heads back to college, but if it isn't, it sure sounds like fun! The darkness run on the Dragon was great fun.

Even if I can't make it, I sure hope y'all have the event, it sounds very exciting.

Watch out for little furry critters, they like night runs too.

I have a critter splitter now, thanks to Bryan. Half the critter goes over the car, half goes under. Nice and neat.

Ask Rudy T if he wants to lead the charge. He is pretty good at clearing a path.

Jeff,

How about Caswell county, sort of open spaces, decent roads, I think lightly traveled. I drove that way back from VIR last year. It was pleasant.
