Just got back from Highlands (for those that don't know, this is way up in the mountains SW of Asheville) and they are going to try to have 15+ MINI's in the Christmas Parade. My contact is the owner of a resturant up there that drives a MINI. He is meeting with other owners on 11/4 and will have more details. I know some MINI owners from Atlanta (that is only 1.5 hours away) that might be interested in doing this.
The Parade is December 2nd. I know this is a long way to go for a parade, but I wondered if anyone has interest in this event. It would, obviously, have to be a spend the night/nights weekend. My idea would be to have a cook-out either after the parade or that evening and do some scenic drives that afternoon/ Sunday morning.
If there is any interest let me know and I will try to get as much information as possible.
