1st service has been scheduled for next Thur

So, I have scheduled my first appt at Flow for next Thursday.

I am at 9000 miles and need the oil change. I also am going to have them look at why the roof does not want to pop up at times. And have them look at why the suicide door on the Clubman does not want to open some times.

Any words of wisdom from the peanut gallery? What to do while I wait....? Who to/not to talk to?

Both problems you mentioned are service known to Mini and fixable. I am having a problem with my dealer-installed silver sport stripes discoloring. The stripe guy at Flow will be replacing mine at my next service.

Oh, and my door sill covers are coming up on both sides too.

colejd- what kind of discoloring? My black ones are very spotted and will not come clean.

Oh, yea. They replaced my door sill covers. Bad glue.

Same problem with my suicide door too. Flow had to replace the cable.

see if they will give you a loaner so you can go out and about while they are fixing your warranty concerns. They will tell you that since you are in for service that you don't get one, but press the issue so you can go about your life outside the waiting room.
