Dec 2 at Birkdale

Would any of you be interested in having a meet on Dec 2nd just a luncheon say around 2pm at Birkdale Huntersville N.C. off I-77 exit 25. There are plenty of places to eat at ,but I was more thinking of the Fox and Hound. Any thoughts or ideas would just like to see a get together before the end of the year. I know the Xmas shopping might make this not a great spot, but if we need to change locations not a problem. Will need to know how Mini people and cars to arrange the parking and give the owners a heads up so we do not swamp them with 20-30 surprise guests. There is also Hooters in Mooresville or Concord that are very good about taking meets.

Hello everyone!

I'd like to let you know about a "Meet and Greet" this weekend near Concord Mills. NO, it's not at the Mall, I don't go near those places this time of year!

Daniel, our new Crew Chief in Charlotte, wants to put this together to meet people in the club. So let's come out in force and show him how we do things! I know it's a little short notice, but if you can come, please do!

We are meeting at Quaker Steak and Lube at 2 PM this Saturday. The address is: 7731 Gateway Lane NW, Concord, NC 28027, 704-979-5823.

Count me in,just let me know where.I''m pullin for Hooters Mooresville,just cause i live here. Another possibility is Quaker Steak on Speedway Blvd,they're good with clubs, we use to go there with the Corvette club and they have cruise in's all the time.Just a thought.

With Twister coming from Winston Salem. I would say either Hooters in Concord or Quaker Steak and Lube since they are both right off the interstate 85 on the same exit. Quaker Steak and Lube is a little better at playing to the car meets from past experiance's so if no one objects would Quaker Steak and Lube fit for the 2nd and call it an official meet at 2pm on Sat. I will bring My Mini and depending on her schedual my wife may bring the Z3 so she can depart quickly.

I want to go, but an offer came thru on our old house and if we come to terms I gotta move the rest of the stuff out by the 15th and find a place to put it. Garage, storage, sell, dump, etc...

Moving the inside of the house stuff was easy. The shops ( auto & wood) a little tougher.(heavier) :eek: :D
