DEC 16th Christmas Party

On Dec 16th at 2pm we will be having our Christmas Party & Food Drive. It will be hosted at La Fiesta just off Wendover Ave in Greensboro. Directions can be found here:

We will be collecting cans of food and money to be donated to the Second Harvest Food Bank. Every $1 collected can purchase $15 of food. This is our 2nd collection this fall and I hope everyone can make the event.

FWIW: I think the food drive concert put on by Fox 8 for the Salvation Army is that night in Winston. I thought I saw the ad on tv but have not found it on Fox 8's web site.

This is something minianni and I have attended since we have been together and enjoy immensely. This might be something to do. The concert also happens in
Greensboro. As to which nights, I don't know yet!

Any thoughts?

I'll try to figure out a little drive for us to do since that is right in my neck of the woods. There are not any REALLY good driving roads around though, and currently a lot of construction/Christmas shopping traffic, but I'll see what backroads I can tie together for us.

O.K. The fox8 Salvation Army concert is in Winston at the coliseum at 7:30pm. sat. the 16th. Can food donations get you in. It is also in Greensboro on Friday night at the same time. Good cause as all thede are.

Reservation is for 2 but I can bump it out if need be. I'll call this afternoon to confirm and give a more definate number. Right now it's set for 16 people.

Great to meet everyone. That was a really great meet. Looked really awesome with the Mini's in a row. Some really nice cars and people. I had a great time cannot wait untill the next. If anyone has some pics to share? I realized I left mt digital however crapy camera at the house right by the door. Mark thanks for the gift.
