MINICHI is up for sale...

Well, I just posted MINICHI on NoAm so it's the beginning of the end. :sad:

It's been a fun ride, figuratively and literally and I've made a lot of great friendships and many, many good acquaintenances, including our Miata brethren here and at the Dragon.

A lot of reasons went into this decision, it's a difficult one, and one I know I'll somewhat regret the rest of my driving life, like the 'vette, the Viggen and the 280z--the kinds of cars a guy should keep forever, given the circumstances to do so.

MINICHI in particular has been destined for the track from birth with no mod's and a hardtop. As most know, I put some go fast mod's on her, and left the suspension and brakes stock, so whoever cares for her next can set her up for their track bent--just HPDEs for fun for me. Like my 'stang, everybody who owns her will put their signature on her and make her a little bit better for the next guy.

Maybe someday I'll see her looping a track, with a custom billet grill smiling...as for me, it's keep calm and carry on.

I can see it now: Dave pulls up to a stoplight on his bike, full riding gear, and turns to peer down into the MINI beside him. To the bewilderment of the passengers, he flips up the visor, gives a huge smile, and waves to the driver.
