One of our own has announced his candidacy for President of the USA  and I am looking for other MINI owners who support him in this endeavor.
Maybe we could coordinate a MINI owner's for Edwards volunteer group or something like that.
Hope to hear from someone.
I've got zoomies!!!!!

Ohhhhh, another dead end!! That's OK, I know that there has to be at least one Edwards-supporting MINI owner in the Carolinas!!! I saw a few MINIs at the Edwards rally last week!!

And, Edwards does drive a MINI.....

OK, so I mighta lied there! But he is for fuel efficiency!! That counts doesn't it?:D
I'm with you Nascar Mini, I'm a girl but I'm no Hilary fan.
;)
Signing off,
I've Got Zoomies and still looking for an Edwards fan!
Take care fellow MINI owners, regardless of your political preferences!:)

Personally I fought hard for Kerry/Edwards in 04, and I really like John Edwards. I am waiting until a couple more people have declared that they are running, and I want to do a little more research on each of them so that I support exactly who it is that I would feel best having as our nations President. It may end up being Edwards, but I don't mind the idea of a hard-ass woman stepping up and taking charge, just because I think that Mrs. Clinton has a lot of great ideas, and she could get things done. We'll see... Has Barack Obama said if he is running or not? He appears to be a very good man and not your typical Senator...

No one but Edwards has declared yet, to my knowledge. I like Obama. I like Obama alot. I am hoping for an Edwards-Obama ticket or an Obama-Edwards ticket. (Gotta go for John as president first- good hometown boy. I've never met anyone who knows John personally who doesn't hold him in anything but the highest regards.)... but, I would be happy with Obama as well. My concern with Mrs. Clinton is that we have had either a Clinton or Bush in the White House for so long. I'm not sure I'm ready to go with a Clinton again, although I like the Clintons. I'm just ready for something totally different. Now, I've gotta go figure out how to get the cool graphics on my responses like you have!!!
Thanks for the reply.

I'm with Drew.. I have a MINI customer who is working on Edwards "house" (mansion) installing the floor for his indoor basketball court. Maybe he should let John drive his car, maybe we can get him to join our club.
I think Edwards should have stayed in the senate just a little longer, the experience would have been good for his resume, and he would have had a chance to prove himself as a politician. At this point, anyone would be an improvement over the Bush regime.

More political experience is not always needed... I think JFK only served one term in the Senate. I would gladly support Edwards, just looking for some more to declare they are running first. :-)

On a *pissed off* side note... As if Bush could do any more to make me hate him, now he's sending 20,000+ more of our service men and women into harms way?! I honestly wonder how any of his Christian followers can still stick by his side. His actions are the exact opposite of those with any moral views! AAAHHH!!!!

Maybe if Edwards didn't spend his senate term campaigning for a presidency, I dunno. I would feel better about him as a running mate..but to whom!

20,000 more troops! Even the Iraqi's that tolerate our presence there hate us and want us to leave. The insurgants might go home if we leave, they all come from Jordan, Iran, Syria, Afganistan and Pakistan to kill us, and whoevers left can kill each other for all I care at this point, but we need to leave, consider it "mission unaccomplished" and focus on tightening our borders. While were at it, we should anex Mexico, make it a state, then they can all become US citizens and join labor unions, hell, all the jobs are going there anyway, they might as well stay. (* I do not have problem with immigrants, this would not be America without them, but perhaps we should bring America to them)

Ok, I should probably quit now before I say something really stupid

Joe Biden has a lot of good foreign policy experience, and is probably worth a look. I think Obama has a good, open, balanced mind. Edwards would be fine. I don't have a problem with Hillary but a lot of people seem to not like her, for some reason, and I'm not sure she could win. On the Repub side, Chuck Hagel is a good guy.

Whatever happens, I don't see how we could possibly do any worse than what we have now.
