Inserting Youtube video

How do you embed a youtube video in a post? On youtube I copy the code provided when I click on "get video embed code". I then click on the insert video icon above the post (here). I insert the code and get nothing.

Click the movie icon http://www.tarheelminis.org/images/minimized/editor/video.png and insert the full link. not the iframe link

and it will post like this
