How to obtain club discount?

I tried putting THMC10 in the coupon code field in my online order, but it wasn't recognized. Called phone number, got what seemed to be a truncated message, maybe a beep - not sure. No confidence that you would receive my message so I didn't try to leave one explaining this.

So, can you fix that or do I place my order another way?

I fixed it. I also created next year's code for the club: THMC11. Either one will get you a 10% discount but the '11' code will work all of next year too.
