Hey everyone,
I just got a note in the mail today from the Sales Manager at Fontana, they'd like to know how they did this year. So... any reviews, thoughts, complaints? I'd like to let her know if they have anything to work on.
Thanks!

Nice service; and the Wifi stretched all the way to the last room in the lodge.

No complaints, nice place and a nice price. The WiFi didn't work in our room though.

Not a complaint, maybe just an idea for next year.. I like the welcome dinner on friday being at Fontana either they cater it or we try the cookout deal.. That way if people are running alittle late getting there they can still join in.. Plus there would be more room for us all.. There is always more people then we think theres going to be..

Overall it was great! My only "complaint" (and it is a little one) could they please find a way to have real coffee available in the early AM for those of us who are up. The machine in the lobby is getting closer but...

I'll pass all that on. Bryan, I think thats a great idea. I think thats more for the dinner organizers than me though. (Jeff maybe?)

The wifi reached our Cabin down by the general store, I thought that cool. Our cabin did have a floor level issue, from the middle to either side, it dropped a solid 4-5 inches, made doors hard to close and early morning bathroom trips dizzying.

Coffee Makers in all rooms and WiFi
Looked like there was a ethernet port on the desk from the cable box but it was unfunctional

We were in a cabin, and the parking spot for it was not level with the street and scraped up the front and bottom of my (stock ride height) MCS no matter what angle or speed I pulled in.
