6:30PM Briar Creek Commons Outer Parking lot of Target,
Wanted to meet, talk and show Mini's or an car car,
for club members, non club members, anybody interested,
I'll have my two there, Hope to see you......

I try to make as many events as possible, and I'd love to join you guys on this one. I'll do all I can to make it to this.

Talked to a guy named Todd that lives in Durham and owns a DS MCS yesterday. I mentioned the growth of the R/D/RTP area and he seemed glad to hear it, so hopefully we'll have another one joining that group soon!

Four intrepid MINIacs (Mr and Mrs bintliff, oznogonzo and BlimeyCabrio) made it out to Brier Creek last night. We had a fun time looking at each other's rides (especially Mrs. bintliff's new (to her) CR MCS cabrio!) and talking about all things MINI. oznogonzo will be posting the official announcement later, but we agreed to startup a regular monthly meet & eat on the second Thursday of each month at 6:30 at Brier Creek - fairly convenient to most places in the Triangle. And I'm planning a Tour de Steamplume run (maybe with Xios eats and/or an optional train ride) for later in the summer. I'll work with Drew and crew to set a compatible date for that so lots of folks can come over.

We're going to be doing some local recruiting to build numbers. This should be fun!

CooperSKart - no worries - even if we keep the 6:30 time, it's not like you're gonna miss much. We'll be yakking and munching way past 7PM at future meetings.

So Paul, are you going to be the Crew Chief for the triangle area? If you are I'll give you access to our members list in that area so you can send out an email or I can send one out to all members

We're kinda sharing responsibilities currently (all Indians, no Chiefs) - but I'd be happy to drive that piece of things - we talked about that last night, and the ability to email to the area list would be a big plus... :)

As mentioned, The "Raleigh Rally" (Meetings in Raleigh and surrounding areas) has began, (FINALLY...), Thanks to the local crew, BlimeyCabrio, and OZONGONZO, We have seen a lot of Mini's in the area and hope to get them to come, also extended an invitation to the M2C2 club to attend, to get more Mini's and possible joint club membership to tarheel club from some of there members, should they attend, as a few of us dual club members. Anyone, member or non member is welcome to attend.....

Well, I contacted the M2C2 Region guy Dave Wilson, he likes the idea, and will get it posted on the M2C2 site, He's got a neat White MCS JCW, hope to see him and others on T3 (thursay meetings)......

Great to here that some of the Greensboro crew will pop in on occasion and Midnight Dave, rearanging his sked to fit in our meeting,
