Mark and I were talking today about "our R56's" that we've built. We were discussing options, colors (and I was bashing his colors, haha) and things we'd do if we were in a new R56 MINI. I'll start with my "if I had to go out and get an R56 right now this is what I'd get" and I hope to see all of yours soon too. :cool:

I would probably drop the wheels/tires and go with aftermarket. I would remove the sunroof from the premium package if I could.

tint windows, add a lightbar for hellas, rear seat delete, add swaybars, add aftermarket air intake, blowoff valve, polish/port heads, cam, chip, catback exhaust, add in aftermarket guages, add custom BRG stripes to roof, & white stripes down boot, halon fire extinguisher, emergency slime kit for tires, debadge

all fantasy... not going to happen unless I win the lottery!

I would do a lot of mods eventually, but the first thing I would do is have them paint the fenders body color. I think I would also like to get rid of the honeycomb front grille and replace it with chrome or body color slats. Coilovers would be a must as well.
