I'll just wait till somebody posts it here for me. ;-) I mean so we don't inundate Lee with calls, and all...

It would be good if Lee could get someone to post up the upcoming plans for both VIR events here, then we wouldn't be ringing his phone off the hook...:D

Lee Davis has been out of the office for a few weeks now, had some heath issues, he is dooing good and should be back soon. I will try and round up some info for all of you since this is only a few weeks away.

Thanks,

Frank

Oh no! Please let him know he's in our thoughts - I'm sure everyone here would agree.

Has anyone heard anything about Lee? Or is the event still on? Hope he's doing well.

I'd like to know the likelihood of the event as well. Is it definitely going to happen?

Ok, here is the news on this event...

Lee contacted me to let me know that he needs RSVP's as soon as possible for this, and sent me this file to help explain it. If you would like to drive the track that day then you'll pay $150 and you get (4) 45 minute sessions on the full course. There will be no passing, yet I was informed that this type of track session is not for the lazy/slow/meager, so you shouldn't be stuck behind anyone that's just out for a casual drive around the track. There is also a lunch that costs $50 per person, and I believe that cost also covers entry fee but I'm not positive. Call Lee if you need more details on this at 336-788-3333.

$150 isn't bad at all for that much track time. That lunch is a little high though.
