Just wanted to say hi! I'm a proud owner of a 2003 Mini Cooper, Pepper White w/black roof, red & black interior, pristine condition, one prior owner, only ~35K miles, and I absolutely LOVE IT!! :D

Congrats & welcome to the Club! Can't wait to see your new baby! Pepper White has really grown on me as a color and, though KillerKar would never be seen in anything else other than Chili Red, if he ever gets a little brother (are you listening, my husband?!), I'd seriously consider a Pepper White one - rather, I'd encourage said husband in that direction ... ;-)

Thanks! As soon as I can recharge my digital camera (or buy a new one that has a battery that lasts more than 4-5 shots! :mad:) I'll take and post some pictures!

I really like the Chili Red Minis, there's one in Asheboro that I see every now and then. When I first started looking at getting a Mini I was really leaning in that direction. Then my wife and I came across this 2003 Pepper White Mini sitting in the Nissan lot in Asheboro... remeber that scene in Christmas Vacation when Chevy Chase (and the rest of the family) are trudging through the snow and find the "perfect" tree? That was what it was like the moment we saw it (complete with parking lot lighting effect)! Took it for a test drive, traded in my Ford Taurus, and the rest is history! :D

Congrats! The pics look great. We almost bought the PW but my wife saw the chili red with black and bonnet stripes and fell in love! Thus we went with the chili red.
