Wheels up tomorrow morning hopefully by 8am. Gotta get the NIGHTFIRE CPRCPL Clubbie all nice and shiney. We will havve the cooler filled with lunch, legal beverages and snacks so we can meet up with the group at/by/between Moses Cone and Julian Price Park. Looking forward to meeting folks and taking the ride back into Asheville.

FYI -- there is an antique auto show Saturday night on Main Street in Hendersonville (about 30 mins south of Asheville), Cruise in's scheduled at Mr Hot Dog on Sweeten Creek Rd (US 25A) and another cruise-in iat The Cardinal Drive-in located in Brevard. If you feel like an evening drive and aren't eating at one of the Biltmore Village restaurants with the rest of the Mini group, you might think about checking out one of these events. Great Day today!!! Glad I could join the group for the day. Sorry I had to bail for Dinner, my Wife and Daughter met me in Asheville for Dinner.

Waking up to thunder this Sunday morning. Here is a short couple clips of video from day 2. One on the Little Swiss Loop and one trying to show the wind and rain on Mt. Mitchell. Sorry about the watermark. Just grabbed some software to process this on short notice.

And a note for anyone with a GoPro. It appears that if you have a crosswind coming in at the side of the GoPro, if it is strong enough it can force water through the seal of the case. And apparently that water can get forced down into the SD card slot. Just sayin.

I hope you are taking to GoPro about that because they are supposed to be water proof!
