Honestly there isn't really anything for you to be concerned with. Because of the year and mileage you have 29,000 miles or 2+ years left under warranty. Although any of the things you listed COULD happen, they would all be fixed under warranty. You'll also have another year or so and 15,000 miles of free maintenance on the car, so no worries there either.
Flow is WONDERFUL! Honestly, the consensus throughout the club is that we are very lucky to have such a great dealership to work with. They are good about providing a loaner car if needed as well as fixing things quickly.
Also, we've got a big following in the Raleigh area, so you'll have plenty of fine folks in your neck of the woods to talk MINI's with.
