Take I-40 or Hwy 311 to union cross exit go north on union cross to Kernersville. Look for Forest Drive on the left beside a big day care center if you cross Buisness I 40 you went to far. From the I 40 exit it is about 2.5 miles from the 311 exit it is about 5 miles. We are at:

And I have an after-party story...coming through the outskirts of Stokesdale on highway 68 last night I had a deer bolt out in front of me...the kind where you never see the deer until it runs in front of your car 3 feet away and it is just there. This and I was running low beams with my fog lamps on wide beam to see the sides of the road. This deer was flying...and it was BIG. Well...I swerved...HARD to the left lane,,,I am talking a full steering lock. Luckily I had both hands on the wheel...My MINIs handling performance saved my ###. I missed the critter. It was so close. I threw Julie into me pretty hard and thankfully my cooler had no ice in it or my MINI would have had an ice bath. Wheww....all I can remember is that deer tooking dead at me as it ran by...it took me a few minutes to realize that my reaction was pure instinct. There was no time to even think about it. Guess I was still pumped from all the music...and Red Bull is a good thing at times.

Waah, Waah, Waah... <not singing, crying> Knew I couldn't make it b/c I was taking the wifey to dinner--well supposed to, ended up driving back after a 150+ mile off course excursion--wasn't the leader, but was a willing participant in going the wrong way.

Anyway, glad you guys had a great time and I'll have to get the wifey to come to the next one, she, unlike me, can actually carry a tune without using a bucket!

P.S. Glad we're not all having deer sausage at the next meet, too! Be careful out there...
