How about an "I only allow bottled water." option. Guess that's the drinks/no food one.
Our cup holders suck anyway. I use 1 for my ipod, 1 for an ashtray filled with tarheel mini spotted cards & my cellphone and the 3rd in the back for a pack of Smints.
