Today I blacked out the headlight rings, gas cap & door handles.
Next mod 35% tint, Hella Rally lights etc.
Please excuse the dirtiness of my car.... it rains every day down here.
Ideas are welcome I'm new to the MINIs.

Very nice, I was on track to buy a pepper white/black mini, but the seller backed out. Ended up with Hyper blue and white which I love, but I have a soft spot for pepper white! Love the grills too... I have a set in the garage waiting to go in. Did you do it yourself?

Also what you use to black everything out?

If you are deciding to mod engine wise, I've got a brand new 16% pulley kit with new belt and some colder spark plugs for sale :)

I used Plastidip until I can get it vinyl wrapped flat black. when I installed the grille I Plastidipped the white behind the grille and it's held up nicely. So I decided to try it on everything else. We will see..... Iv'e searched everywhere and haven't heard anything bad about it. As far as the pulley, I'm currently putting the wife through school right now so I cant spend too recklessly right now I gotta save up a MINI fund LOL.

How do you like the V2? I know this is a MINI forum but I am really thinking about making a V2 my upgrade for my V1.

Haha. Well it is your own thread...so as long as you don't mind a quick thread hi-jack. I had a '04 V1 for four years and loved it. The V2 is fantastic. No diff problems and you can get over 500 at the wheel with an air intake and tune. :ms_thumbsup: Quite a difference than the Mini, but the Mini is the twisty road car and entertains me as much as the V2 does. I would definitely recommend looking at the V2 as the upgrade for the V1. I didn't want to sell the V1, but the V2 makes up for it! Let me know if you have any other questions/info.
