Doug won't make me a knob... because I have an auto... and even though it fits, because it's not "perfect" he won't do it... A few other folks sneaked in and got them for their autos... and this was gonna be the finishing touch of my interior mod plan... I'm really sad....

So if anybody else knows a good machine shop that likes doing "creative" stuff in aluminum, and who can do computer engraving... let me know.... grrr...

But I'm HAPPY for you! I love the new cylindrical knobs Doug's doing...

Unfortunately, Doug already knows what my custom design would be... I'm no gonna jerk his chain - it's his business if he doesn't want mine - I understand his reasons and I'm not REALLY mad, just disappointed... But I'm still a BIG Whalen fan...

Yea, Doug seems like a great guy and if he doesn't feel comfortable with it, I wouldn,t do it... Bet a Union-Jack has nothing to do with your design...:rolleyes::D
