Poor "JacK" back in the Mini Hospital

Poor guy shorted out again today. They had him in surgery when I left, not sure if he will pull through this time. It is the DPSM again, today it was alternating between sounding like a proper english teapot, and a Chicago typewriter (tommy gun). Will not turn off, up to 128dB. I have a sickening audio file I'll post later. Poor "Jack" Five weeks plus in the Mini hospital in the last year. I'll have to check my records, but I think this is seventh trip. D#%n DPSM, Hendricks Mini is going to have to do a complete reinstall of the job the Winston-Salem dealer did. At least this time it shorted out for the dealer. If they can't revive "Jack" this time we will have to pull the plug and send him to Mini Heaven.

Well not having much luck posting the audio file. If you want to hear what happens when a Digital Power Sound Module goes to the "Dark Side". I'll play the file for you at the Fall Dragon Run. Hendricks Mini has said fixed or not I can have my car back for that weekend. I am driving a Focus right now the Horror, Oh GAWD!!!!

Well I got my little guy back home. He's still not fixed but at least I have him for the Dragon Run. Goes back in the shop Nov. 15, which will start his seventh week in the shop in a little over a year.
