A few other mods.

Ok So a few weeks back I posted about wanting to put 18's on the mcs and I also said I had changed my mind and decided to stay with 17's. Well I changed my mind again and last weekend I decided to go with 18's and to change a few other things as well. I purchased a set of KMC Racing series wheels with Nexen n5000 215 35 18 tires. I also changed the Cooper S Side thingamabobs to the standard "Black" Cooper thingamabob. And lastly I removed the Cooper S lettering from the back of the car and replaced them with R53 lettering from outmotoring.com..This is the finished product.

That's one way to fill the wheel wells, so, like mine, it doesn't look so much like a 4wd!

Lookin good!! with the new wheel/tire package..I have 18's myself.. Glad to see you were able to get the windshield letters on.. Were your other wheels stock??

im eventually wanting to remove all the factory chrome and thats why I went with the cooper side things..it really wont pass for the stealth factor because it doesnt sound stock or anything like a cooper with the cai/pulley/catback of course..as for the previous wheels they were not stock...aftermarket ICW 17" with the factory pirelli tires on em..i still have the 17" white rims that came stock on the car if anyone is interested in them..ill sell all four wheels for $150.00..ill let everyone know how the tires end up..im kinda 50/50 with them right now..they grip very well in dry weather but could be better in the rain..still tons better than the pirelli runflats

I have an extra set of COOPER side things : ) if anyone is interested..these are the flat black ones like in the pics above..they are $35 for a set on outmotoring.com and who knows how much at flow..brand new ill sell for $15.00..
