I gots da Zaino - Now What?!

So, it took me long enough, but I finally got the Zaino ULTIMATE kit + z8...but I'm not sure what to do with the finishing sprays...well, I know what to do with them but I don't want to screw up my paint using them the wrong way. The z6 and z8 say that you can use them "in between" washings, as long as the car is relatively clean.

Do any of you have experience with this stuff? I think this weekend may finally afford me the temperatures and weather to play around with the the entire kit...and I'd like to start learning now about the sprays because I want to be shiny for the Dragon. :p

Also, if any of you have experience with the clay bar - your stories are welcome, the idea of rubbing Play-doh all over Andy has me more than a little upset.
