Good Morning
I want to share with you my experience with roadside assistance. I used Mini Roadside Assistance to have my Mini transported to Flow Motors. Flow Motors called me just before sending it back to report that the front wind dam (spoiler) was damaged. It did not leave my home damaged but was when it was brought back. I reported it to Mini Roadside Asst. After many phone calls, e-mail messages (with pictures of the damage) and much anger, I was told that they were not responsibile.
Then Mini refused to return my attempts to call them. I then sent an e-mail to Lee Davis with Flow asking for advise....he never returned any kind of response.
My suggestion is if you ever need roadside assistance....have the people transporting your car check it thoroughly and sign a statement that there is no damage prior to leaving your home. Then good luck if its damaged before its returned to you. Mini Roadside Assistance takes no responsibility. I have a 2005 S Convertible....great car....terrible "assistance" program.
