There will be a 2010 BRP Tour!
We need people to do the following:
take shirt orders w/ payment
make name badges
contact sponsors and request giveaways
confirm hotels and dinners
package all contents for the BRPT packages and bring to first dinner
I will place all orders for products and have them delivered to the appropriate group for packaging.

I can package contents and help Mike if he needs it with name tags. It took a whole day this time to make up your mind.
I would do this run twice a year if I had the help that's needed to get it done. I spent over 80 hours getting things ready in just the last 2 weeks. I can't do that to Niki or myself again. Things are just going to have to be split up between members that are willing. I really appreciate everyone so far that has said they would.

I (and I'm sure everyone else) completely understand. There is a lot of work involved and the same people should not have to bear the brunt again. There are plenty of us to carry out the grunt work if you and others that have done this before could just offer periodic guidance. I suggest you simply deligate all chores out to others. Just be there when questions arise.

It would be helpful if you would send me all of the info and contacts you had this year. Also, if you would send me a list of those that actually donated I can work up a Thank You note and get them sent out.
Of course, I will run any correspondence by you for a second set of eyes and approval.
