Hi all,
I posted this in the "make your reservations" thread, but I thought that it might be missed by a few people who have already made their reservations.
I am compiling a list of names of the clubmembers who have already made their reservations at Fontana for the weekend, firstly so the staff can keep us as close together as possible, second, so we can ensure everyone is getting the group rate, and third, to enable us to get a good idea of how many rooms we've used as a group, thus getting us a better rate next year.
If you have already made reservations for this year's trip, please pm me with the name the reservation is under. Thank you!! If you have not made reservations, please refer to www.fontanavillage.com or call [FONT=Arial][SIZE=2]800-849-2258[/SIZE][/FONT]. When calling, please make sure you let them know that you are part of the Tarheel Mini Motoring Club.
Just in case, the cancellation policy is as follows:
[FONT=Calibri]30 days prior to arrival date to cancel would be a $50.00 fee. Within the 30 days it would be a forfeit of the total deposit.[/FONT]

ps- update 8/3- The cabins are quickly selling out, so if you are in the market for one or think you might be, please call quickly. As far as I know, there are only 3 bedroom cabins left.
