Eastern NC idea for April or May event

Of course everyone?s input is welcome. I am a big fan of barbecue, big fan. There is an event right down the road in Newport this weekend. Because of the short notice I want to see if there were a locals that might be attending, maybe meet up and drive to the location. I also wanted to put this out there because there are a few more events in the Greenville and surrounding areas. This is kind of short notice, just found out about these, but wanted to see if there was any interest. Please check out the following for dates and locations.

update, reluctantly......... our house isn't done, so I will be in the northland for this meet. See everyone soon! Now, it looks like we'll be there mid June.
