08/28/10 - Annual Club Blast Picnic

Our club picnic this year will be held on August 28th at the Springwood Park Picnic Pavilion in Burlington, NC. The club will buy hamburgers, hot dogs and buns. We will need members to help with charcoal, chips, ice, drinks, condiments, etc or bring deserts or special dishes to share with others. Please see below of what we will need. If you have canopy's & chairs, please bring them too. We will need to know headcounts and what you can bring by August 24th. Hope to see many new and old club members at the picnic.

Directions:
Exit 140 (Elon exit off I40/85). Those coming from Greensboro turn left at top of ramp onto University Drive, those coming from Raleigh turn right at top of ramp onto University Drive. Go 1.5 miles North on University Drive and turn left at the 4th stop light (US70 West). Go one mile west on US70 and turn left at the stop light onto Springwood Church Rd. Turn right after 0.6 miles into Springwood Park and keep right until reaching the first picnic shelter on the right.
