Do you have any idea what time they will be converging on Statesville. We will be in Atlanta that morning and maybe could make it if it is later in the day.

I just got my packet today. I am so excited!! Although, I may not be able to make the run from Savannah to Statesville now... may just make one leg of the trip instead of 2; that being from Mt Airy to Staughton Virginia....

I will deffinately be out there in Statesville though to meet up with you guys!

Hey guys,

Just wanted to post here. We are NOT meeting at Bruster's in Statesville. Our evening ice cream stop in Statesville is actually here:

I'm told they have ample parking for well over 100 cars. The general plan is that people will get to Statesville between 4-5pm, check in at their hotel and head over to the Ice Cream Bar between 5-6pm.

The full list of ice cream stops for the run has been updated on our website. The list changed as the route was finalized. I added some new stops and removed some others that just didn't work well with the route.

I plpan on going to the Ice Cream shop on Freedom Drive in Charlotte on Sunday and caravan up to Statesville with the group

...and I plan to go to VIR with the Flow contingent and then hooking up with the ice cream team in Statesville that evening. There are several MINIs coming out of Charlotte, so that should be fun for you guys...

Everybody please remember, the ice cream run is raising money for the Make A Wish Foundation, so make a donation if you can...

I am very new to the group. I've had my Mini almost 2 years. I would love to meet up with other Mini's. I thought I might be able to meet at the ice cream place on Freedom Dr. Do you know what time?

Teresa, send a PM to Twister aka Mark, I think he's going and should be able to give you details/a call with timing. The Ice cream MINI "train" is calling a guy when they leave Columbia, SC, with their computed ETA, and I'm pretty sure that guy is calling Mark. Sort of a MINI alert calling tree situation.
