How to post to classifieds?

can someone tell me how to list a set of wheels and tires in the classified section? i have looked and can't seem to figure it out.

Click on the "Classifieds" tab at the top of the page. Once the page loads, find the "Forum" tab at the top, but don't click on it. Directly under that tab, there will be a button labeled "Post Classified."
