JCW 380. You will need to get a tune or a JCW flash so the ECU will know what size injectors you have and he able to make the proper calculations.

Stay away from drilled out injectors.

    Thanks for your advice :)
Who/How can I get JCW Flashed to my R53? Or do I have to buy Byteronik/RMW tune flash stuff? I don't even know how to tune things, and I'm scared i might mess up my Mini. If there is a website that shows how to use it then I would be more comfortable of trying it out.

The dealership can do a JCW flash for you...shouldn't be that expensive. Actually did this with the 380 JCW injectors until the first time Jan tuned my Mini. Jan is on the way home from yesterdays Grand Am race in New Jersey right now but give him a call at 949 456-9590. He'll be glad to talk to you about your options, tell him I sent ya.

Jan/RMW can do a custom dyno tune for you or you can get a flashtool from him and he can remote download maps to your car. I have had both done to my car and presently run a RMW tune.

RMW preferred/best or a JCW flash for what you have.

Not a fan of the byetronic stuff, no tool is any better than the hands it is in.

MINIMARK gives good advice but may I suggest yet another option? Way at WAY MOTOR WORKS down in Atlanta does custom tunes. He did my "Trackrat" a couple of years ago. I have a similar set-up as yours except for a header and still have the stock injectors. The tune yielded 200 FWHP. Recently did a compression test and the car is healthy as a racehorse after logging many thousands of track miles.
No problem with a Jan tune either...Our GP #1772 was done by him.

Try calling them. They both probably get tons of emails. No excuse for not returning them, just saying...
